Most people who want to build something stop in the same place: they believe they need a new idea first. Meanwhile the theses, prototypes, lab work, and shelved software already around them are never tested against a real market. I am looking for those, and for one person to look for them with me.

    A finished thesis, a working prototype, a project that stopped, software nobody maintains any more. If it exists and nobody has yet asked who might need it, it qualifies. Submissions open as public GitHub issues: visible, dated, and free of private detail.
