Open call, one public route

The idea is not to have an idea. It is to see the opportunities.

No public email, form, or booking route is published here, and none is planned. What is published is an open call: one question, one public place to answer it, and one role Carlos is actively looking to fill.

No form. A question.

OpenEyes — working project name

What valuable opportunity is already right in front of you, waiting to be seen?

Most people who want to build something stop in the same place: they believe they need a new idea first. Meanwhile the theses, prototypes, lab work, and shelved software already around them are never tested against a real market. I am looking for those, and for one person to look for them with me.

  • Bring an opportunity, not an idea.

A finished thesis, a working prototype, a project that stopped, software nobody maintains any more. If it exists and nobody has yet asked who might need it, it qualifies. Submissions open as public GitHub issues: visible, dated, and free of private detail.

  • One open role: a complementary co-founder.

Business development, commercialization, market analysis, software and AI, or industry networks across energy, ocean, health, and technology. This is the only availability claim on this site: one role, stated openly, with no employment, contract, or booking offer attached.

OpenEyes is a proposal in progress, not a funded programme. Nothing below is a service, an engagement, or a promise of a reply.

One verified profile. No hidden inbox.

GitHub is the only public account Carlos has approved for this portfolio. It is offered as a verified profile path—not as a response-time, availability, employment, or booking promise.

No contact data is collected here.

This route contains no message field, file upload, tracking form, private address, or direct-contact value. The open call leaves this site entirely: submissions are filed in public on GitHub, under GitHub's terms, and are never collected here. The omitted options remain visible as decisions, not disguised as working features.
